Before you decide to return any AHG products, it's important to know how they're made. Our products are all crafted by hand by skilled artisans, one at a time. This means that each piece is unique and may have slight differences in color, shape, or size. These differences are part of the handmade process and aren't considered defects, so they can't be canceller, returned or replaced. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. We will be happy to offer replacements if the product you receive is damaged at the time of delivery. Please send us an image via email/ whatsapp/ instagram within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
